Appointments are available for individuals, families, and businesses who need reliable notarization for personal, business, and general document needs. Pennsylvania notaries may perform acknowledgments, oaths, and affirmations, verifications on oath or affirmation, including affidavits, witness or attest signatures, and certify or attest copies where permitted.

Most notarial acts require the signer to appear personally before the notary and present satisfactory identification. Notarization services are available during regular appointment hours, with mobile service available by request within a limited local area.

What to Bring

  • Your complete document, unsigned if it must be signed in the notary’s presence.

Before Your Appointment

The document should be complete and ready before the appointment begins. Pennsylvania generally requires the signer to appear personally before the notary, and identity must be established through personal knowledge or satisfactory evidence.
